The document “Police Certificate” can be obtained from the General Prosecutor Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan and is available to anyone who has temporarily lived in Kazakhstan.
The document will be issued in Russian and Kazakh.
The document will then be translated (through «Premium» Translation Agency) into the language of your choice (50 languages available, icluding English, French, Italian, Spanish, Japanese and etc.)
The Kazakhstan Police Certificate will be apostilled in the General Prosecutor Office of Republic of Kazakhstan and will then be posted to you with a translated copy.

How to get a Police Certificate
Required documents to apply:
- notarized power of attorney to receive a Certificate on behalf of the applicant;
- copy of passport;
- copy of birth certificate;
- copy of marriage certificate or divorce certificate, certificates of name or last name change (if applicable)
